摘要
本文总结分析了国外电子资源在线使用统计研究的主要内容,指出该领域的研究重点是要解决数据的规范化和可获取性的问题,研究的难点在于获取深层次数据的方法和数据管理工具的开发,并对重要研究成果COUNTER规范进行了评析。
This paper analyses the main content of electronic resource online usage statistics study and indicates that the study is to solve two key problems：the standardization and the availability. The difficulties are methods of obainting usage statistics and development of usage statistics management tools. It finally analyses limi- tations of the COUNTER Code of Practice.
