在介绍高职院校图书馆建立专业服务馆员制度的意义与价值的基础上,重点讨论了专业服务馆员的工作任务及与之配套的管理措施,二者的有机结合可以使高职院校图书馆的专业服务馆员制度得以有效地实施。

Based on introducing the significance and value of specialist service librarian system in Polytechnic, the working task and post responsibility of specialist service librarian are presented in the paper. The result shows that established model and implemented mechanism of specialist service librarian system in Polytechnic between the post responsibility and managing methods could be accord well with each other.
