本文首先指出了少儿馆传统人事管理的状况及存在的弊端,由此论述了少儿馆人事管理向人力资源管理转变势在必行,重点论述了加强少儿馆人力资源管理的具体措施。
This paper points out the condition and existent malady of the traditional personnel management of children library, and expounds that the personnel management should change into human resources in children library,then discusses some concrete measures to strengthen the human resources management of children library.
