Steel deep processing industry comes into being and develops fast along with iron and steel production technique developing continuously and market competing more and more intently. The development and application situations of advanced iron and steel deep processing technology （production technology of tailored blank, steel structure, cold formed section steel and long line deep processing technology, etc. ） abroad are introduced and the present development situation and the prospect of domestic steel deep processing industry are analyzed.
