摘要 钢包下渣检测技术已成为现代连铸生产和质量控制的重要技术之一,它对防止钢包过量下渣,提高钢水纯净度、浇铸收得率和铸坯质量,改善劳动强度和工作环境均有明显的效果。介绍了称重检测法、电磁检测法、超声波检测法、振动检测法等下渣检测方法的原理及局限性,并对上述方法的应用进行探讨。 The technique for detecting slag outflow from ladle has been one of important techniques in modern continuous casting production and quality control, which can achieve obvious effects on preventing slag outflow from ladle, increasing steel liquid cleanliness, recovery efficiency and casting slab quality, improving labor density and working environment. This paper introduces the principles and limitations of weighing detection, electromagnetic detection, ultra-runic detection, vibration detection, etc. and the application of these detections is discussed.
