摘要
以超支化聚合物作为基料与脂肪酸等单体合成了超支化树脂,并利用红外光谱,GPC等仪器对超支化树脂进行表征;同时研究了超支化树脂在聚氨酯哑光面漆中的应用,研究表明:实验所制备的超支化树脂虽然消光效果较差,但是采用超支化树脂部分代替商业哑光树脂,可以改善漆膜的透明性及耐冲击性。
Hyperbranch resin was synthesized based upon hyperbranched polymer and aliphatic and/or aromatic acids. Its structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and GPC and its application in polyurethane matt topcoats was investigated. It was showed that the properties of matt topcoating film of hyperbranched polyester was better than that of film with commercial resinous polyols in impact resistance and transparency, but its extinction was worse. But partial replacement of commercial resinous polyols with hyperbranched polyester could result in market improvement in transparency and impact resistance of matt topcoating.
