摘要
按照水功能区划的原则和方法,在江苏省洪泽湖、太湖、骆马湖、白马湖、高邮湖、宝应湖、邵伯湖氵、鬲湖、长荡湖、石臼湖、固城湖11个主要湖泊水域上共划分了23个水功能区,其中有13个保护区、5个饮用水源区、4个渔业用水区、1个景观娱乐用水区,并对水功能区进行水质达标评价分析,提出对水功能区实施纳污总量控制、排污口的设置、水质监测及调整等具体管理措施.
Based on the principle and method of water function regionalization, 11 major lakes in Jiangsu Province, including Hongze Lake, Taihu Lake, Luoma Lake, Baima Lake, Gaoyou Lake, Baoying Lake, Shaobo Lake, Gehu Lake, Changdang Lake, Shijiu Lake, and Gucheng Lake, were divided into 23 water function areas, of which there were 13 protection areas, 5 drinking water source areas, 4 fishing areas, and 1 scenic and entertainment area, and water quality evaluation and analysis of each water function area was performed. Some management measures for water function regions were proposed, such as implementation of total amount control of pollutant receiving, arrangement of discharge outlets, water quality monitoring and improvement, etc.
