摘要
介绍了几种界面模拟方法如边界积分方法、锋面跟踪法、VOF方法以及水平集方法的基本思想.对这几种方法在模拟气泡运动领域取得的成果进行了总结:边界积分方法在模拟三维界面流动方面存在局限性;锋面跟踪法在模拟大量气泡动力学特性方面取得了一定的进展,但未对气泡在上升过程中的破裂及融合现象加以考虑;VOF方法及水平集方法则以计算量小、模拟精度高而越来越受到广泛的关注.
An introduction was given to the basic principles of several interface simulation methods, including the boundary integral method, the front tracking method, VOF method, and Level-set method, and their achievements in simulation of bubble motion were summarized. The limitation of the boundary integral method in 3-D simulation of flow was analyzed. It is pointed out that the front tracking method is of certain potentials in simulation of dynamic characteristics of large amounts of bubbles; however, it does not take bubble breaking and merging into account during their rising process.
