摘要 研究高拱坝洪水、地震、山体滑坡等外载荷,坝身混凝土、坝基岩石材料强度弱化等的随机性,以及评价准则的模糊性;分析了高拱坝分别基于强度理论和稳定理论确定性评价方法的不足,提出应该利用模糊数学方法解决具有随机性、模糊性的高拱坝安全评价问题;建立了基于结构可靠度理论的高拱坝失效概率故障树模型并给出了具体算例. A study was performed of the randomness of external loads on high arch dams, including flood, earthquake, landslide of mountains, etc., the weakening of concrete strength of arch dams and rock strength of dam foundation, and the fuzziness of evaluation criterion. The disadvantages of conventional deterministic assessment methods for the safety of arch dams based on the strength theory and stability theory were analyzed respectively. It is suggested that fuzzy mathematics theory should be introduced to safety evaluation of high arch dams with characteristics of randomness and fuzziness. Furthermore, a fault tree model based on structural reliability theory was developed for failure probability study of high arch dams, and a calculation example was given.
