摘要
在pH值为1.5~2的条件下,以聚乙烯醇和甲醛为原料,在水溶液中发生缩醛反应制备聚乙烯醇缩甲醛胶,然后向胶中添加适量的尿素和分散助剂PAAM/COB,经调配得到新型水溶性聚乙烯醇缩甲醛涂料。结果表明,颜基比为4:1,颜、填料粉末的粒度为320目时,添加适量的尿素和分散助剂PAAM/COB,所制得的涂料游离甲醛含量低。
The polyvinyl formal was prepared via acetalation from polyvinyl alcohol and formaldehyde in water-solution under the condition of pH value was 1.5 - 2. Then appropriate amount of carbamide and dispersant PAAM/COB were added separately to polyvinyl formal glue, a new type of water-soluble polyvinyl formal paints was formulated. The results showed that when proportion between pigment and glue was 4: 1, size distribution of pigment and filler was 320 mesh, and appropriate quantity of dispersant and carbamide was added to the system to achieve the paint with lower content of formaldehyde.
