摘要
超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)是机体内超氧自由基的天然清除剂,在抗衰老、抗辐射、抗逆境,消炎、抑制肿瘤和癌症,以及自身免疫疾病的治疗方面有很重要的作用。我国目前主要从血液中提取SOD,有关重组人SOD的研究较少。文章通过RT-PCR方法克隆得到人SOD基因,并成功构建其原核表达载体pET-16b-SOD,为通过基因重组技术生产人SOD创造了条件。
SOD is superoxide dismutase, it can clear away excessive O2^-· which is produced during the course of organism supersession. It can prevent various diseases and delay the decrepitude of human. We have accurately cloned human SOD gene fragment by RT-PCR and constructed the pET-16b-SOD vector. The cloning of human SOD gene and the construction of it 's expression vector lay a good foundation for further study on their function,biological activity and application.
