摘要 建立食品追溯体系对提供食品来源、生产加工、零售到流通的所有信息是非常必要的,可以增强消费者对食品安全的信心,使立法机构能识别并从市场上尽早撤回对健康有害和不适合消费的产品。在这条从“农场到餐桌”的链条上,动物饲料作为人类食品的前期成分,是食品链条上不可缺少的组成要素,必须采取适当的控制措施。
