民办高校学生自我管理能力主要体现在生活、学习两个方面。大学生的自我管理能力直接影响着教育目标的实现程度。我们应当遵循教育规律,从全面了解学生、引导自我管理意识、指导自我管理方法、创造自我管理平台四个方面,培养民办高校学生的自我管理能力。

The ability for self-management of the civilian - run college students mainly embodies in both their lives and learning. Their ability for self-management directly affects the realization of the educational purpose. It is necessary for us to guide the students to cultivate self-management sense and ways and create self-management platform by following the educational rule and overall understanding the students, so as to enhance their ability for self-management.
