Surveying and Pondering on the Ability Limitation after Employment of the Graduated Students

2003年,我们对大学毕业生就业后的能力缺陷进行了调查,148个单位提出了16项能力不足。在高职高专教育中,应全面加强学生职业能力的培养。在进行专业教育时,应特别注意非专业能力的培养;对经营管理类学生的培养,要注重经营管理工作岗位能力的特点和要求。

In 2003, we surveyed the ability limitation after employment of the graduated students and found that 148 organizations brought forward 16 insufficient working abilities among the graduated students. In our opinion, in the course of higher professional education it is necessary to overall strengthen the training of the students＇ professional ability;in the course of professional education it is necessary to pay attention to the non-professional ability training;with regard to the students to be engaged in management control, it is necessary to pay attention to their ability according to professional features.
