摘要
中等师范学校在升格为高等师范学校以后,应抓紧建立可持续发展的运行机制。立足师范教育,实现办学模式的多样化;创新高师教师教育体制;实现校本管理,实现学校管理自主化、管理人本化和管理个性化;着力构建具有高师特色的校园文化;加强课程建设,创建合格课程,打造重点学科。
Middle normal university after upgrade to high normal university, it should build up sustained development gravitation mechanism as soon as possible. Base upon normal education, realize variation of teaching mode; innovate high school teacher education system; realize manage by school and by itself and personality; emphasize on campus cultural with high school teacher characteristics; improve building course, develop qualified curriculum , bring out key subject.
