摘要
运用文献资料、现场观察、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,对参加2005年全国少年儿童体操比赛的后备人才现状进行了调查研究。结果表明:我国男子体操后备人才技术现状不容乐观,为保证后备人才的可持续发展,取得较好成绩,必须开发其潜能,提高整体实力,使我国男子体操技术水平与世界技术水平同步发展。
By using methods of observation, mathematic statistics and theory analysis, the gymnastic reserves of 2005 Youth＇s Gymnstics Championship was analyzed.The results revealed that the situation of the reserves is not optimistic. In order to get an ideal performance in the future, it is necessary for the young adaletes to exploit its potency, developing their technique at the world level.
