普通高校体育教学质量监控体系的构建与实践

Construction and practice of university PE teaching quality-controlled system

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和教学实验法等方法,从理论与实践两个层面研究高校体育教学质量的管理和监控,旨在引起有关部门和高校体育工作者对体育教学质量的进一步关注。研究表明:教学质量管理始终伴随着教学质量的监控,科学、全方位的教学质量监控是提高体育教学质量的重要保证。以“制度、组织、评估、服务、反馈”五大子系统组成的高校体育教学质量监控体系通过教学质量管理平台的具体实施,能有效地提高体育教学质量。

By using the methods of documentation, logic analysis and teaching experiment, it studied university＇s PE teaching quality management and control from both aspects of theory and practice, and aimed at cansing the related departments and PE organizer＇ s concern about its teaching quality further. The study has shown that the teaching quality management follows the control of teaching quality all the time and it is an important in- sttrance of improving PE teaching quality that science, omni - directional teaching quality are controlled. The control system of university＇ s PE teaching quality that includes ＂rule, organization, assessing, serving and feedback ＂ can improve the teaching quality effectively.
