The special lessons of rhythmie gynutrasics and aerobics are one of the main courses in university PE of China. We set two sports projects in one teaehing unit and naturally combine two different projects characteristics, eontentts arid styles, which can Letter improve tmiversity students＇ appreiation, compceher,sion and taste of aesthetic, promote the development of their scientific thinking capacity, arid also contribute to life]otlg sports ed- ucation. Teachers＇ responsihiities,teaehing skills, knowledge constitution and orgaarization methods are the keys to tile quality of classroom instruction. Broadening teaching thoughts, refoming the test forms and canrrying on theoretieal lessons via multimedia are very essential to deepen rcforln, improve teaching quality and ensure a sustained development of PE.
