问责制起源于公共行政领域,是现代制度研究的一个重要内容。随着教育民主化浪潮的推进,问责制也被逐渐引入教育管理体制中,在美国的高校管理中受到广泛的应用。针对当前我国高校问责制存在的不足,从制度建设的层面提出改进我国高校问责制的策略。

Accountability comes from the field of public administration and it is an important component of modern institutional research. In the wave of educational democratization, accountability has been adapted into the education management system, especially in the American higher education management. On the disadvantages of university accountability inChina, the paper provides some tactics to improve it form the point of view of institution construction.
