高校创新人才培养模式改革的现实思考

On Training Mode Reform of Creative Talents in universities

我国高等教育为现代化建设培养了大批人才,为经济社会的发展提供了强有力的人力资源支持,但与当前建设创新型国家体系对创新型人才的需求尚有较大差距。高校应从明确创新人才内涵、确立创新教育思想,优化教学资源环境、建立健全教学制度,加大教育改革力度、集成创新培养模式等方面下功夫。

China＇s higher education has trained a large number of people for the country＇s modernization and has provided a strong human resources support for the economic and social development. However, with the current tendency of building an innovation oriented country, there still lies a wide gap between the demand and supply of creative talents. Universities must clearly define what are creative talents and establish innovative educational concept. Teaching resources and the environment should be optimized to establish a sound education system which will enhance educational reforms and integrate the innovative training modes.
