The juvenile delinquency is ＂the third public disaster＂ in the recent world, which tends to increase in China, It has already become the current prominent social issue arousing the concern from all walks of life. Through analyzing the juvenile＇s criminal psychology, we could find the root of juvenile delinquency to prevent and reduce the issue of the juvenile delinquency fundamentally, and promote the construction of socialism harmonious society in China.
