会东县猪肉抗菌素残留的调查 被引量:1

摘要 抗菌素残留既对人体产生危害,又影响肉食品的进出口贸易。为了对会东县猪肉抗菌素残留情况有所了解,我们对其进行了调查检测。结果表明:病死猪肉的阳性率为91.18%;抗菌素使用不当造成感观检查健康猪肉的阳性率为23.95%。
