Thoughts on How to Establish Education Equality Under Harmonious Society

教育公平与和谐社会是非此无彼、由此及彼的关系。为此,教育不公平问题必然对构建和谐社会产生一定的影响。解决当前教育不公平问题应是全社会共同努力,采取的对策包括:第一,政府应加大教育投入并采取相应的倾斜政策教育;第二,实施教师岗位交流;第三,建立中央垂直拨款的教育经费投入体制;第四,改革现有的教育评价体系;第五,落实科学发展观,实现均衡教育;第六,坚持以人为本,切实做到公平、公正。

The relationship between education equality and harmonious society is related closely. Therefore, the problem of education equality as a necessity affects construction of harmonious society more or less. After analyzed on the problems of current education, the essay thought that the problem of current education can be solved through collective effort from the whole society. The strategy includes follows： First, the government should enlarge input of education and tilt corresponding policy towards education. Second, to implement communication among teachers. Third, to build the input system of education appropriation received from central government directly. Fourth, to reform existing education evaluation system. Fifth, to carry out scientific views of development, achieve equilibrium of education. Sixth, to persist in people-oriented, translate into action of impartial and fair.
