韶关市新教师法律素质现状调查与思考

A Survey of Young Teaches' Law Quality in Shaoguan

培养新教师的法律素质不仅是教师自身健康成长的需要,也是学校依法治校的需要。经调查发现,韶关市的新教师法律素质现状的主流是好的,但也存在一些不足之处,如法律观念方面仍存在一些误区与偏差,在实际生活中存在着堆权意识和堆权能力较弱等问题。因此,学校及教育行政部门应加强新教师法律素质的培养,努力营造一个良好的法律素质教育氛围。

It is necessary to foster the law consciousness of young teachers. On one hand, it is very helpful for their growth as teachers; on the other hand, it is a need for the school＇s legally administration. Though the survey proves that most young teachers in Shaoguan City are well aware of the law, there are still some problems such as misunderstanding of laws, weak right consciousness and right power. Therefore, it is a task for the schools and educational administrative departments to strengthen the young teachers＇ law consciousness and to create a harmony atmosphere for law education.
