摘要
由于考试的目标设立的不明确造成了考试内容设置的庞大繁杂,目前的出版专业职业资格考试难以真正实现考试人才选拔的目的。要完善这一考试制度,首先必须确立明确的价值取向,其次在形式上可采取设计多模块的考试以供不同考试目标选择使用的方法。
Now the Examination of Professional Qualification at Publishing can not achieve the goal of selecting talented people because of the unsuitable examination design. For improving the Examination of Professional Qualification at Publishing, firstly, we should have a clear exam goal; secondly, we can design different exam model for different exam goal.
