A harmonious society is a humanist society, which takes man＇ s all-round development as its target. Man＇s all-round development is also the complete realization of human nature. The function of science has its limitation to the complete realization of human nature. Absorbing the rational aspects of religion is good for the complete realizatin of human nature. The concept of ＂constructing a harmonious society＂ is an expression of a new value concept combining Holy and Secularisation.
