摘要
目的:对成人急性颅脑伤损伤的中西医结合保守治疗进行探讨。方法:常规甘露醇加地塞米松脱水疗法的基础上,使用脑活素、刺五加、丹参等药物静脉输液治疗40例急性颅脑损伤。结果:康复38例,死亡2例,总有效率95.0%。结论:中西医结合早期应用改善脑微循环、清除自由基的药物是防治外伤后脑缺血缺氧和继发性脑损害的途径之一。
Objective：To explore the new avenue of the conservation treatment of adult acute craniocerebral injury with TCM combined with western medicine.
