Trial Discussion of Strengthening Supervision and Control of Capital Construction of Trade Union

工会基本建设监管是工会资产监管的重要內容。我们应该把工会基本建设的监管作为工会资产监管的“重中之重”来抓,切实推动工会资产监管工作乃至工运事业不断前进。一是转变观念,充分认识搞好工会基本建设监管的重要意义;二是加强领导,切实把工会基本建设监管工作摆上重要位置;三是搞好协调,真正把工会基本建设监管部门合力发挥出来;四是认真把关,努力夯实工会基本建设监管的各项基础工作;五是依法办事,确实把工会基本建设监管质量效益落到实处。

Supervision and control of capital construction of trade union that is the important component part of supervision of trade union＇s assets should be strengthened. In order to promote the supervision and control of assets and development of labor movement, it is of great significance to change the concept, to solidify leadership and to establish the coordinative mechanism. The improvement of supervision and control of capital construction relies on collective wisdom and concerted efforts of trade unions at all levels. What＇s more, it is necessary to strengthen the spade work of supervision and control of capital construction and act according to law in order to increase the efficacy.
