摘要 绩效考核体制改革是当前国內商业银行战略转型的一项核心工作。新的绩效考核体制以监管部门相关办法为依据,借鉴国外银行先进管理技术,体现了注重效益和质量的管理理念,但在考核指标设计以及体现银行发展战略等方面仍存在不少待解的问题。为此,应通过完善经济资本和经济增加值等关键指标设计、加强财务指标与非财务指标的结合,以及推进绩效考核的战略导向等举措,逐步建立和完善现代商业银行绩效考核体制。 Performance evaluation system reform is one of the most important work for domestic commercial banks in their strategy transformation. New performance evaluation system, based on the related policies stipulated by the regulatory authorities and advanced management techniques of foreign banks, is a reflection of profit and quality-focused management concept. However, problems are still remained to be resolved in terms of setting up indicators and demonstrating development strategies. In order to promote the strategic orientation of performance evaluation to be established gradually and improve the system for modern commercial banks, the measures should be taken to perfect the setting up of key indicators such as EC and EVAs, and to solidify the combination of financial indicators and non-financial indicators.
