要把工会干部培养成“三家”,并具有“五种能力”,就要调整传统的培训内容和结构,围绕培养“三家”和提高“五种能力”的要求,设计工会干部培训的内容。按照不同层次和类别,设计培训目标和培训要求。要对不同层次类别的干部,采取不同的培训方式。
