利用化学计量学方法改进现代仪器分析实验教学 被引量:5

Reforming the experimental teaching of modern instrumental analysis with Chemometric method

摘要 以UV-Vis分光光度法实验为研究实例,采用数据处理软件Multicom(采用Delphi7.0编写,可在Windows系统下运行)建立了以因子分析法及交叉验证法为主的评价方法,通过对剩余标准偏差(RSD)和相对标准误差(RSE)的计算,分别评价了学生的仪器分析操作水平和容量分析操作水平。通过对现代分光光度计和传统分光光度计的仪器噪声水平、实验误差来源的比较以及吸光度测量的线性范围的比较,加深学生对于仪器及实验原理的理解。通过该实验课程可以看出,将化学计量学方法有效的引入现代仪器分析技术中,不但有效的提高了学生在现代仪器分析中综合运用线性代数和计算机知识等方面的能力,而且增加了教师对学生实验技能客观评价的准确性。 Using UV-Vis spectrophotometry as an experiment course, the evaluation standard based on the factor analysis and cross validation methods has been successfully established to impersonally determine the ability of the students of both instrument analysis and volumetric analysis. The detail of the ability was findy expressed through the calculation of residual standard deviation (RSD) and relative standard error (RSE), during which the data processing software (compiled with Delphi 7.0, windows system-based) was used. Through the comparison of noise level, source of error and linear range of absorhanee measurement between modern and traditional spectrophotometer, students will deepen their understanding of the use of instruments and experiment principle. The course runs well and the results show, through the integration of chemometric methods and modem instrumental analysis, the mathematical and computer application abilities of students has been improved to a higher hvd and the accuracy of the evaluation made by teachers has also been enhanced.
