摘要
根据填料吸收塔传质单元数几何意义,将不规则图形的面积转换成多个梯形面积之和,再利用Excel的公式和复制功能,大大简化了传质单元数的求解过程,同时还获得了吸收塔不同高度处的气液浓度和传质推动力等数据。
According to the geometrical meaning, the irregular figure acreage can be regarded as the sum of many trapezium. By use of the formula and copying function of Excel, the number of transfer unit can be easily resulted. And at the same time, the concentrations of gas and liquid phases, as well as the mass transfer impetus at the different height of the absorption packed tower can be got.
