摘要
在人工授精及体外受精过程中,需要对精子进行活化处理。甲基黄嘌呤类生物碱是目前日益受到重视的精子体外处理剂。本文主要阐述了茶碱、己酮可可碱和咖啡因三种甲基黄嘌呤类生物碱的理化性质和在精液处理过程中对精子的受精力影响及其作用机理。
Sperm must be diluted and treated during artificial insemination and in vitro fertilization. Methylxanthines such as theophylline, pentoxifylline and caffeine were increasingly regarded in recent research. Physicochemical properties of methylxanthines, effects on sperm functions and correlative mechanisms had been elaborated in the review.
