摘要
基于对学术信息共享、开放存取的源起、发展和类型自由理念的探讨,剖析其对高校发展的新趋势及高校图书馆的应对策略,从而发挥高校图书馆在开放存取运动中的积极作用。
The paper intends to discuss the origin, development, types of the academic information sharing and open access, and the idea of intellectual freedora. Rased on the discussion, the paper explores the influence of the Open Access Movements on the trend of university development and the strategies adopted by university libraries for the Open Aecess Movements, in which way the university libraries can play an active role in the Open Access Movements.
