研究了检测汽车起动性能的意义，分析了目前对汽车起动性能评价的方法，以及相关国家标准和行业标准对汽车起动性能的要求，提出了评价汽车起动性能的新方法——用量化的指标客观评价，并对设计中所涉及的评价参数、评价标准作了细致的研究，建立了一整套完善的评价体系。

The significance for the measuring ＆ testing of motor vehicle starting ability is studied, and a new means to make an estimate of starting ability is brought forward based on analyzing the old means used to estimate at present, referring to the national standard and the trade standard on demand to the starting ability, the new means is to use some quantified indexes to impersonality estimate the starting ability, the estimate parameters and indexes are painstakingly studied, further, a complete set of perfect estimate system is set up.
