摩擦对滚-磨工艺齿轮齿根应力的影响

摘要 采用有限元法研究了齿面摩擦力对滚-磨工艺制造的、齿根部有沉切的齿轮齿根应力的影响。结果表明:摩擦对滚-磨工艺齿轮齿根应力的影响不容忽视,考虑摩擦时,齿根最大拉、压应力随摩擦因数的增大而增大,其中最大拉应力增加的幅度比最大压应力大,当摩擦因数从0增大到0.2时,齿根最大拉应力增加比率为19.08%,最大压应力增加比率为3.16%;有沉切时齿面摩擦力对齿根弯曲应力的影响比没沉切时要大。 The influence of tooth flank friction on tooth root stress of the gear that has under-cutting in the root and that is manufactured with gear bobbing and gear grinding technology was studied by finite element method. The result shows that the effect of friction on the root stress of the gear produced with gear hoobing and gear grinding technology shouldn' t be ignored,the maximal tention stress and pressure stress are increased along with the increase of the friction factor while friction is calculated. The increased percentage of the maximal tention stress of gear root is 19. 08% and the increased percentage of the maximal presure pressure of gear root is 3. 16% while friction factor is increased from 0 to 0. 2, and the gear root bending stress of the gear generation grinding is larger than that of the hobbing gear.
