摘要
研究了西部低气压及沙尘环境对于活塞环动力学的影响。基于气固两相流理论,分析了沙尘颗粒对于活塞环组气流及漏气量的影响。研究表明:环境气压的降低会引起环腔气压的减小,增大活塞环的不稳定性;活塞环悬浮于环槽中时,通过环槽的气体流量增大;燃气内沙尘颗粒的增多会导致漏气量增大,发动机性能变差。
The influence of sand & dust and low pressure on dynamics of piston ring was studied. Based on the theory of gas-solid two-phase fluid, the influence of sand & dust on gas flow and blow-by of the piston ring pack was analyzed. The calculation shows that the decrease of ambient pressure can cause the decrease of the inter-ring pressure and increasing the possibility of ring' s instability. When the piston ring is lifted from groove, gas flow rate through the ring groove are dramatically increased. Meanwhile, increasing the concentration of sand & dust can induce high blow-by and worse performance of engines.
