摘要
采用MPX-2000型摩擦试验机对研制的ZA30合金和ZA27、ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3、ZCuA l10Fe3、ZCuSn10P1四种滑动轴承合金在46#工业齿轮油润滑条件下的耐磨性能进行了对比试验,并在扫描电子显微镜上观察了磨损表面形貌,分析了磨损机制。结果表明:ZA30耐磨性能优于ZA27、ZCuSn10P1、ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3、ZCuA l10Fe3;ZA30发生的是犁削磨损,ZA27、ZCuSn10P1主要是犁削磨损及轻微粘着磨损,ZCuA l10Fe3发生的是剥落磨损,ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3发生的是粘着磨损。
A sliding bearing alloy was developed, its wear resistance was comparative studied with ZA27, ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3, ZCuA110Fe3,ZCuSnlOPI under the 46^# gear oil lubricated condition with MPX-2000 wear tester. The worn surface morphologies were observed by using a scanning electron microscope. The wear mechanisms were discussed. The results indicate that wear resistance of ZA30 is better than that of ZA27, ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3, ZCuA110Fe3, ZCuSn10P1 ; ZA30 shows plowed wear, ZA27 and ZCuSn10P1 shows plowed wear and slight adhesion wear, ZCuA110Fe3 shows flake-off wear, ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3 shows severe adhesion wear.
