摘要
分别从硬件和软件2部分分析了轴瓦疲劳试验机的结构,简要阐明了它的工作原理、硬件设计方案及其控制软件的各个模块。为了保证试验轴瓦能够受到正弦单脉冲载荷,试验头采用偏心轴段结构,满足了设计要求;试验机控制软件以LabVIEW为设计平台开发,能够根据不同的要求进行快捷修改,从而降低了后续试验机的开发周期和成本。
A bearing fatigue testing machine was discussed, and its working principle, the design of both hardware and software part were analyzed. In order to get a sine single pulse load on the testing bearing,the structure of eccentric axis was used on the testing axis, and it satisfies the desire well. For the development of the control part is based on LabVIEW, it can be improved easily according to different conditions ,which reduces the development period and cost in future.
