摘要 研究由产品设计知识生成诊断知识是非常有意义的,它能很好地缓解诊断知识匮乏带来的窘境。在此思想的指导下,分析了基于“结构FMEA(Failure Mode and EffectAnalysis)”的诊断模型构建的可行性,并以发动机润滑系统为对象研究从“结构FMEA”自动生成故障树的方法,从而最终实现设计知识到诊断知识的转化。与手工建树相比,这种方法可以高效、准确地得到具有较完备诊断知识的故障树。 Research on fault diagnosis knowledge generated by product design knowledge is very significant, which can relieve predicament caused by the lack of diagnosis knowledge. With the guidance of the thought , the feasibility of diagnosis model structured by "structured FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis)" was analyzed. Engine lubrication system was taken as the research object to make a research of the method on fault tree structured automatically by "structured FMEA ", thus the transformation from product design knowledge to fault diagnosis knowledge was ultimately realized. Compared with fault tree structured by hand, the method can acquire fault tree with complete diagnosis knowledge efficiently and exactly.
