摘要
无油润滑压缩机活塞环常处在干摩擦、高温、高载荷等恶劣工况下运行,它的使用寿命受到许多因素的影响。本文分析了影响无油润滑活塞环使用寿命的因素,指出活塞环磨损过程的外部条件如载荷、滑动速度及环境温度等都是影响复合材料摩擦磨损性能的重要因素。从选材和结构设计等方面阐述了提高中高压下无油润滑活塞环使用寿命的多种有效途径。
Oil-free piston rings often run in the situation of dry-sliding, high temperature and high pressure, and lives are affected by many factors. In this paper, factors affecting the life-span of oil-free compressor were analyzed point out that exterior conditions such as load, sliding speed, their , And surroundings temperature are important factors which affected the friction and wear behaviors of piston rings. Several effective ways to improve the life-span of oil - free piston rings in medium and high pressure are shown in the article in material selecting and structural designing.
