氟乐灵对斑节对虾卵和幼体的毒性研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用静水生物试验法测定了氟乐灵对斑节对虾卵和幼体的急性毒性。结果表明:氟乐灵对斑节对虾无节幼体、蚤状幼体、糠虾幼体和仔虾的24hLC50/×10-6分别是1.68,0.83,1.84和2.09;48hLC50/×10-6分别是0.76,0.53,1.09和1.51。5.01×10-6氟乐灵浸浴受精卵12h,50%的受精卵可孵化。第22天仔虾用10×10-6以下浓度的氟乐灵浸浴5min,对其存活率无影响。 The toxicity of trifuralin to the eggs and larvae of Penaeus monodon was determined in static bioassay tests. The 24h LC50/×10-6 Values of nauplius larvae. Zoea larvae,mysis larvae and the post-larvae, were 1. 68. 1. 83, 1. 84and 2. 09 respectively; and the 48h LC50/×10-6 values of those larvae were, 0. 76, 0. 53, 1. 09 and 1. 51 respectively.About 50% of the fertilized eggs hatched after they were immersed for 12h in the trifuralin solution of a concentration of 5. 01×10-6. and there was noeffect on the survival rate of the 20-day post-larvae which were immersed for 5 minutes in the trifuralin solution of a concentrationof 10×10-6.
