杨毛臀萤叶甲（Agelastica　alni　orientalis　Baly）胚胎发育的观察研究

Observations and Studies on the Embryonic Development of Agelastica alni orientalis Baly

杨毛臀萤叶甲（ＡｇｅｌａｓｔｉｃａａｌｎｉｏｒｉｅｎｔａｌｉｓＢａｌｙ）在２１～２５℃的室温条件下，胚胎发育大约需要８ｄ时间可完成，孵化率达９９％～１００％。根据胚胎发育的外部形态观察可将杨毛臀萤叶甲的胚胎发育分为３个阶段：１、胚盘阶段（第１～２天）：胚胎尚未形成，在卵的背部表面形成胚盘。２、胚带阶段（第３～５天）：胚胎逐渐形成，并位于卵的腹面。３、定形发育阶段（第６～８天）：幼龄幼虫的最终体形得以完成，以破卵而出结束胚胎的发育。

The fertilized egg of Agelastica alni orientalis Baly develops normally,and hatches in 8 d,at temperature of 21￣25℃ Based on morphological characteristics,the developmental process of the embryos may be divided into 3 stages: 1、Stage of blastoderm:1￣2 d. 2、Stage of germinal band:3￣5 d. 3、Stage of formalizing development:6￣8 d.
