摘要 本论文以农作物稻草为主要原料,采用微生物固体发酵方式,考察了碳源、氮源、诱导剂对毛柄金钱菌合成漆酶的影响,并对提高培养物中的蛋白含量及毛柄金钱菌对稻草中木素的降解进行了探讨。 Effects of nutrient conditions on the production of laccase from white rot HG, such as carbon source, nitrogen source and inducer, solid-state fermentation with rice straw were investigated. Through IR spectrum analysis, extractive lignin of degraded and undegraded rice straw by crude enzyme from static culture was also compared.
