摘要
以苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯等为原料,不使用有机溶剂,用自制聚合物分散剂合成了无皂乳液。探讨了不同m(St):m(BA)、AA、HS-1及高分子分散剂用量下产物的表面施胶性能,得到优化条件下中试产品(SSTOP)。IR、DSC分析表明SSTOP是存在苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯等单体链节的共聚物。粒径分布和TEM分析表明SSTOP微粒大小均一、呈核壳球状。SSTOP与双胶纸厂现用的表面施胶剂等价使用,纸张正、反面Cobb值分别降低10.2%、14.2%,表面强度分别提高20.8%和21.0%。
A series of soap-free emulsions synthesized by introducing a polymer dispersing agent made by ourselves were prepared without solvents on the basis of acrylate, styrene, and so on. The effects of reaction conditions on the surface sizing performances of products were discussed, including m(St) :m( BA), dosage of AA, HS -1 and polymer dispersing agent, and SSTOP as the optimum product was manufactured in pilot. Analysis of IR and DSC indicated that SSTOP was a copolymer with its molecular structure composed of acrylate, styrene, etc. The core-shell structure of latex particle with uniform bulk was identified by the analysis of TEM and particle size distributim. Compared with surface sizing agent used presently in offset paper mill on the condition of the same run cost, the Cobb value of the face and back side of paper were individually decreased by 10.2% and 14.2% with the surface strength increased by 20.8% and 21.0% in the application of SSTOP.
