摘要
废纸脱墨浮选柱(简称:浮选柱)中的气泡大小对脱除废纸浆中的油墨颗粒和其他杂质颗粒的效率起着相当重要的作用,它不仅决定着气泡在浮选柱中的上升速度,而且直接影响到用于聚集油墨及其它杂质颗粒的气液界面的大小。但是由于废纸浆的成分复杂、纤维在浆中呈现网状结构、废纸浆的弱透光性和在纸浆中气泡的不断上升运动等原因,浮选柱中气泡大小的测量是一个相当复杂的问题,因而给浮选操作中气泡的大小控制带来很大的困难和盲目性。本文介绍了国外相关行业的类似气-液-固三相体系研究中使用的闪光X-射线法、声波检测法和带取样器的CCD照相法三种气泡大小测定的方法。
Bubble size distribution has a significant influence in the efficiency of removing contaminant particles, mainly ink particles, from recycled pulp slurry in a flotation column, since it determines the bubble's ascending velocity and provides surface to collect and carry contaminant particles in the column. However, to control the bubble size in this opaque and fibrous gas/water/solid three-phase slurry is not an easy job. As a reference for conducting the hard work in the future researches the article presents three major methods - i.e. , flash x - ray radiography, sound emission measurement, and CCD photography aided with a peripheral sampler - which were developed to measure bubble size distribution in similar three - phase systems.
