Study on the Policy of Xinjiang's Environment and Resource Protection

本研究在调查、分析新疆环境与资源保护的基本对策、环境与资源形势及环境目标的基础上，着重从政策的角度提出了新形势下新疆环境与资源保护的６个重大问题，并进而提出了世纪之交的新疆环境与资源保护的战略思想、战略重点、基本思路以及相应的由资源政策、环境政策、科技政策。

Based on investigations and analyses of the measure and resource protection in Xinjiang, this paper puts forward six important viewpoints about it and its strategy and some relative policies.
