摘要 介绍了硅烷偶联剂对填充橡胶性能的影响。硅烷偶联剂与填料发生反应,使其由亲水性变为疏水性,改善填料的分散性,从而增大与橡胶的相互作用,提高填充硫化胶的物理性能和动态力学性能。 In this paper, the effects of silene coupling agents on mechanical properties of silica filled rubber are introduced. Through treatment with silane coupling agent, the silica become hydrophobic and the dispersion of the silica, the silica-robber interaction and the mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of filled-rubber vulcenizates are improved.
