摘要
三电平整流器也叫二极管钳位整流器,它的每个开关管所承受的关断电压为直流电压的一半,并且交流侧脉宽调制相电压有三个电平值,使得波形更接近正弦波。本文对单相三电平整流器的电路工作模式进行了分析,并据此建立了单相三电平整流器的数学模型并编写了S-FUNCTION。用瞬态电流法仿真对比simulink模块搭建与建立三电平整流器模型的波形结果,得出所建立的数学模型完全正确。
The three-level rectifier is based on diode clamped scheme. Each switch of it loads with half the DC voltage. AC PWM phase voltage haves three values, which makes the AC PWM wave more Close to the sine. This paper analyses the run-mode of the three-level rectifier circuit and establishes the math model of the singe-phase three-level rectifier, and based on it, the S-function is compiled. The effectiveness of the model is verified by comparing the simulink module simulation with the math model using the instantaneous current control algorithm.
