利用网络技术、通信技术和数据库技术等现代信息技术,将单个断线报警器连成网络,在地理信息系统的支持下对通信管网进行集中监控管理.利用可视化开发语言Visual Basic与GIS组件MapX 5.0,设计了通信管网集中监控系统.

Single line-broken alarm annunciators can be connected into a network and concentrated supervision management can be carried on under the support of the geography information system by network technique,communication technique and database technique. Using the programming language of Visual Basic and a component of GIS-MapX 5.0,in this article, the concentrated supervision system of the communication network was designed.
